Shipping & Fulfillment We partner with Influencers Link to fulfill your orders. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Estimated Transit Times Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit times depend on the carrier:
USPS Domestic: 3–8 business days
UPS Domestic: 3–6 business days
Please note: These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, volume surges, and other factors may impact delivery times.
Tracking Your Order You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.
Update Lag: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive it.
Delivery Status: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “delivered” a day early. Please wait 24 hours after a delivery notification to contact support if the package has not arrived.
Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items) We cannot accept returns on:
Perishable goods or personal care goods that have been opened.
Sale items or gift cards.
Custom or personalized products.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing We will notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Important: Please allow time for your bank to post the refund. The credit may appear on your statement as “Influencers Link.”
